MBB Shortboard Racks build on the popular quick release bars of our Longboard Racks, but in a lower cost double seatpost mount. If you only have short boards, usually boards less 7-8 feet in length, these racks are for you! Super quick and easy installation with a 4 bolt seat post clamp. The bars can be adjusted for angle and height to dial them in just the way you want them. Bars click in for use, or click out when they aren’t needed, with a simple push of a button. All aluminum and stainless construction for coastal environments. Fit any bike with a seat post, and just about any board although we recommend them for boards 7-8 feet or less. These racks are also popular for carrying kiteboards, snowboards, skis, boogie boards, lawn chairs, and all sorts of similar objects

QUICK RELEASE BARS AND STABLE MOUNTING

Our racks are based on our patent pending quick release bars. The splined bar design means that a simple push button is all that is needed to secure the bars to the mounts on your frame. Just push a button to remove when you get home from your surf session. When you are ready to go again, just slide them back in till they click into place.
